I am a graphic designer based in Vorarlberg / Austria. I love to
create visual concepts, design stuff and play around with
illustration, layouting and logo-design. I focus on design that is
somehow connected to culture - such as artworks / covers / merch
for bands, music festivals or cultural associations. Besides that
I've done some editorial design as well as product- or information
design. My perception of this work is to find playful,
eye-catching and unique solutions that reflect the idea which a
product or client stands for.
Besides my work as a graphic designer I work as a teacher, am a
music lover, like to spend my time with photography, travelling
and learning new things. My favourite font is Garamond, but I use
it just for very sepcial occasions.
values and ethics
#1 / When it comes to designing something, the communication process about the perception of a design, finding ideas, discussing drafts and finalizing is one of the most important parts in order to get satisfactory results. If you want to work with me, you have to be willing to take some time discussing and planning things.
#2 / I very much attach importance to gender equality, intersectional feminist awareness and nonracist values which can be shortly summed up in just not objectifing women*, minoritisized or marginalized communities. I will only create designs which stand in line with this and don't neglect those kinds of values in any way.
#3 / Although I am a big fan of printed things and fine materials, it is very important for me to take a look at the ecological impact of a product and find the most sustaibale way to creating something.
